Field Sales Executive

Middlewich

£40,000 per annum + Car and annual bonus

We are looking for an experienced B2B field sales executive to work for a well-established family business that deals in niche consumable products for various industries. A Filed Sales Executive you will explore and develop new business opportunities in specific markets. The role also involves maintaining and growing our market share in key sectors. This position offers significant growth potential within the company.

Role Summary

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Research market trends and products.
  • Present products to potential clients.
  • Understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Keep in touch with existing clients.
  • Meet with potential clients to find new business.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Attend trade shows and events.
  • Address customer objections.
  • Keep sales records and report to management.
  • Review your sales performance.
  • Understand customer businesses and needs.
  • Give accurate cost calculations and quotes.
  • Share best practices with the team.

Compensation

  • Salary: Around £40k per year
  • Bonus: Annual bonus to be discussed
  • Company Car: Provided

Working Hours

  • Standard Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility: Additional hours may be needed, including weekends for events.
