Are you passionate about safety, skilled in building relationships, and driven to make an impact in the field? Join this growing business as a Field Sales Executive – Safety Footwear and play a pivotal role in driving demand and growing our brand at the frontline of industry.

Role Purpose

As a key member of our field sales team, you will be responsible for developing and activating end-user demand for industry-leading safety footwear. Through direct engagement, hands-on product demonstrations, and strategic lead generation, you’ll help boost distributor sales and enhance visibility across key sectors.

What You’ll Do

End-User Relationship Development

  • Build strong relationships with safety officers, site managers, and facilities teams.
  • Deliver impactful on-site demos, roadshows, webinars, and technical briefings.

Market Education & Value Promotion

  • Organise and lead educational events that highlight technical features such as slip-resistance and durability.
  • Capture and share compelling real-world success stories and case studies.

Lead & Sales Enablement

  • Generate and qualify high-quality end-user leads and work closely with the distributor network to convert them into sales.
  • Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the Sales Team Lead.

Brand Representation

  • Represent brand at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and sector events—strengthening our presence and reputation.
