Overview

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,616 and many compelling benefits. Location: Shoreditch. Contract Type: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
• Become an expert in the soft drinks category and promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
• Interact with customers who vary by location, typically including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
• Focus on driving sales through commercial, fact-based conversations and securing positive outcomes with customers.
• Promote and use digital tools to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
• Manage workload and schedule effectively to meet key targets, with the ability to grow business through digital engagement.

What we’re looking for

• No experience? No problem — we provide full training and support to get you up to speed.
• Works well with others, stays active, and enjoys a hands-on role.
• UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
• Shoreditch is an on-foot walking patch; public transport costs will be provided to and from home and to visit customers.
• Influencing and negotiation skills with a track record of positive outcomes in sales.
• Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
• Excellent prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
