Role Details

Salary: £27,166

  • Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
  • Visit independent retailers or major stores on a regular call cycle
  • Deliver world-class customer service to customers and stakeholders
  • Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets
  • Manage and drive success of your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Negotiate increased space and maintain displays
  • Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new products, and implement in-store activations
  • Execute marketing initiatives with in-store execution and POS
Compliance
  • Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the brief
  • Ensure product availability and correct pricing on fixtures
  • Execute new product launches correctly
  • Provide feedback for promotional activity improvements
Data Recording and Reporting
  • Record response data accurately
  • Take high-quality photos of activities with descriptions
Insight
  • Provide feedback on market and competitor activity
  • Update on retailer procedures and systems
  • Stay informed on trends and news in your channel
Technical
  • Utilise intervention data to drive actions
  • Analyze data for store visit dynamics
  • Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell activities
Administration
  • Manage journey plans according to briefing
  • Ensure sufficient POS and promotional materials
  • Attend monthly team meetings
Experience

Your knowledge and expertise:

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred; other sectors considered
  • Enthusiasm for Red Bull and drive to succeed
  • Comfortable working autonomously in the field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven selling skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience valued over formal education
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Travel 90-100%
