Field Sales Representative – Red Bull (Striker)

Acosta Europe is seeking Field Sales Representatives to represent Red Bull, drive brand awareness and sales in the UK. Passion for sales and enthusiasm to succeed are essential.

Role Details

Salary: £27,166.25
Bonus: 15% Performance Related Bonus
Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone

Responsibilities
  • Forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
  • Regular call cycle to independent retailers or major stores
  • Deliver world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
  • Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
  • Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
  • Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in‑store activations
  • Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in‑store execution and Point of Sale (POS)
Compliance & Reporting
  • Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity compliance and complete interventions where necessary
  • Ensure product availability on fixtures and correct pricing
  • Ensure correct execution of all new product launches
  • Provide feedback on key promotional activity improvements
  • Ensure all response data is recorded accurately and take high quality photos with concise descriptions
  • Provide actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity and retailer procedure changes
  • Keep abreast of trends, news and channel information
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment preferred; other sector experience welcomed
  • Enthusiast about the Red Bull brand and drive to succeed
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, rapport building and influencing
  • Proven selling skills and commercial acumen, self‑motivated, determined and target driven
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Travel 90‑100%
