Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate pricing and availability of fixtures and chillers.
- Execute all new product launches effectively.
- Record data accurately and take high-quality photos with concise descriptions.
- Provide insightful feedback on market intelligence, competitor activities, and store procedures.
- Analyze intervention data and sales data to drive store visits and pre-sell upcoming activities.
- Manage journey plans and ensure sufficient promotional materials are available.
- Attend monthly team meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
- Negotiate for increased space and displays, and implement in-store activations.
- Ensure promotional compliance through audits and interventions.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred. Other sector experience considered.
- Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and a drive to succeed.
- Comfortable working autonomously in the field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills and commercial acumen.
- Self-motivated, determined, and target-driven.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel 90-100%.
