Acosta Group in the Dartford area is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Red Bull Impulse) to cover the Bexley & Dartford Territory. You will build relationships with in-store decision makers, drive availability and promotional execution, and report activity.

The role offers £30,381 per annum with a 12% performance bonus, a company vehicle and tools. A full UK driving licence is required and a results-driven, independent attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus - not a must.
• Full UK Manual driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing as a Field Sales Representative

• Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations
• Using data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight
