Job summary

Acosta Europe is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to drive Red Bull Grocery in the North Devon & Exeter Territory. You will own relationships with key in-store decision makers, influence product range, visibility and promotions, and execute impactful merchandising to grow availability and sales.

The role is field-based, with a focus on face-to-face selling, store visits and driving results. You’ll be part of a driven team that rewards top performance and provides tools to succeed.

Salary: £ 27,980.98 per annum + 15% Performance Bonus, plus Company Vehicle, Fuel Card & Tech Provided

What we are looking for in our Field Sales Representatives

• A natural influencer with commercial instincts


• Target-driven, competitive and resilient


• Confident talking to anyone - from store staff to manager


• Organised, self-motivated and happy working independently


• Tech-savvy and comfortable reporting activity


• Full UK Manual driving licence


• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus - not a must.
