Are you looking for new challenges and personal growth within Coca-Cola Europacific Partners? We have a great opportunity for you. As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will interact with will vary by location, typically including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
- Promote Coca-Cola brands and solutions that align with customer business objectives.
- Work with various customer types (convenience stores, pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes) as located.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No experience? No problem. We provide full training and the tools and support to get you up to speed. We are looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands-on role.
- You would need a UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and live within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
- Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of £29,033 per year plus potential bonus up to £8,000 (OTE).
