What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage a Grocery & Discounter territory, working with our leading brands like Mars, Snickers, Twix, Maltesers, Wrigley's Extra, Galaxy, M&M’s, and KIND

  • Build strong relationships with store managers and partners to become a trusted advisor — not only for our products, but for the entire confectionery category.

  • Drive sales growthin the territory through in-store excellence creating impactful displays, increased product availability, and shelf presence

  • Learn to sell with mutuality — making decisions that benefit both Mars and our customers.
