Key Responsibilities

The Role

• Selling chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment to customers across various industries such as heavy manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation, and transportation.
• This is a field-based sales role working independently to identify sales opportunities from prospective and existing clients.
• Visiting customer sites to demonstrate products and services.
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborating with the customer service team, who support daily operations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

We are looking for:

• Experience in a customer contact environment.
• Cold calling and/or field sales experience in B2B or B2C settings is advantageous.
• Structured, communicative, and diligent with a desire to develop a professional sales career.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills, capable of gaining trust and influencing others to meet sales targets.
• Salary: £30,000 (basic £27,000 + £3,000 Car allowance), with uncapped commission; OTE up to £35,000 annually.
• Car allowance and fuel card.
