Position: Field Sales Representative (AFH)
Location: Llanelli
Contract Type: 9 month fixed term contract
Salary: £29,033 plus benefits

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, reporting to a local Field Sales Manager, you will deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining relationships and creating new business opportunities. Your customers will include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. You will promote brands and solutions aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Profile
  • No experience? No problem! We provide full training and support. We're looking for someone who works well with others, stays active, and enjoys a hands-on role.
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license, be eligible to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with experience in driving positive outcomes and securing sales through fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling, point of sale equipment, or working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like iPhone and iPad for sales activities and reporting.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet targets.
  • Capability to grow business through digital engagement and technology.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills for efficiency and multitasking.

In return, you will receive a salary of £29,033 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE) and benefits including:
