Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) | Location: Kensington | Contract Type: Permanent

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,616 and many compelling benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with customers that may include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes, depending on location.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
What we’re looking for
  • No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus the tools and support to get you up to speed.
  • We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; experience achieving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
