Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,616 and many compelling benefits.

Overview

Location: Finsbury Circus (City of London). Contract Type: Permanent. This role reports to a local Field Sales Manager and focuses on delivering sales targets within an existing customer base while building new business opportunities and developing expertise in the soft drinks category.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Promote Coca-Cola Europacific Partners brands and solutions that align with customer business objectives.
  • Interact with customers who vary by location, typically including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  • Become an expert in the soft drinks category to support sales activities.
What You’ll Need
  • No experience? We provide full training, plus tools and support to get you up to speed.
  • Strong teamwork, an active, hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
  • Finsbury Circus is an on-foot walking patch; public transport costs will be provided to and from home and to visit customers.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills with experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
