We’re on the lookout for a confident and proactive Field Sales Representative with a background in B2B or face-to-face sales. You’ll be working across the Manchester area, introducing local businesses (e.g. takeaways, salons, cafés, barbershops) to our modern card payment and online payment solutions.

You’ll be out in the field daily, speaking to business owners, building relationships, and closing deals. In return, you’ll earn a basic salary plus ongoing commission from every client you bring on board — not just once, but every month.

  • Proactively visit and pitch to local businesses.
  • Present our payment solutions and explain key benefits.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients and ongoing relationships.
  • Hit monthly sales targets and report progress.
About the Role:

  • Hit monthly sales targets and report progress.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Native-level English speaker (UK-based).
  • At least 1–2 years' experience in sales (field, door-to-door, or B2B).
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
  • Based in or around Manchester and happy to travel locally.
  • Comfortable using email/CRM/smartphone apps for sales tracking.

  • Base salary: £1,500 – £1,800 / month (depending on experience).
  • Revenue share: Earn a % of every client’s monthly transaction revenue — for as long as they stay with us.
  • Uncapped commission potential: OTE £3,000+ easily achievable.
