VANRATH is partnering with a major FMCG Distribution Service to recruit a Drinks Sales Specialist for a growing and dynamic team based in Belfast. The company values staff development and progression.

This is a permanent position (Monday - Friday), field-based, with 3 days on the road and 2 days working from home.

Salary

£28,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car (fuel costs paid) + Phone & Laptop + Clear progression opportunities & 5* training and development. An exciting role with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded National Account Executive to expand our portfolio of alcohol brands across on-trade and off-trade channels. If you are passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and executing plans, this role offers excellent career growth within a supportive team that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development.

· Building and expanding the Drinks brand portfolio through existing and new customers via sales-led initiatives.

· Implementing national plans at a local level—brand visibility, activation, and distribution.

· Developing strong partnerships by understanding customer needs and aligning them with brand goals.

· Collaborating with Brand, NPD, and Activation teams to deliver standout campaigns.

· Using insights to inform smarter decisions and achieve better results.

· Monitoring financials, credit control, forecasting, and ROI.

· Gathering market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.

· Identifying and engaging high-potential prospects to shape future growth.
