Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive fundraising efforts for prestigious charities. You will receive a base salary of £25.4K, with performance-related incentives that can elevate earnings to over £47K. This role requires strong communication and resilience, as you engage the public to support charity initiatives.
We are recruiting Field Sales Representative promoting the work of some of the country’s most prestigious charities. You’ll get a basic salary of £25.4K with the opportunity to earn £47K+ in OTE.

Your Role:
Join one of the country’s most successful face to face charity fundraising organisations, speaking to members of the public and signing them up for a regular donation or sponsorship to nationwide charities. We’ll provide you with full training, but confidence, resilience and strong communication skills are a must.

Every Charity Link fundraiser joins our 12 week training academy where they learn everything from the core elements of fundraising to fine tuning their pitch and delivery.
The framework of our training includes:
First class training is delivered with compliance as a standard, adhering to the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice.
Our Learning & Development team are industry professionals, most of whom have worked as fundraisers themselves and fully committed to excellence.
Fundraisers are fully informed, supported and engaged so that we represent our charities to the highest possible standard.
HEALTH CARE PLAN
Claim up to £900 a year for a large range of health related treatments, including dental, optical, counselling, gym discounts, complimentary therapies (physio, acupuncture, hypnotherapy etc), health screening and 24/7 GP access

DISCRETIONARY BONUS
Variable annual bonus with higher amounts for the highest performers, as well as regular monetary incentives throughout the year

FLEXIBLE HOLIDAY SCHEME
Sell back up to 3 days holiday a year (minimum holiday must be taken)
REFERRAL SCHEME
Employees can refer those they know for available positions and can earn up to £1,000 per referral dependent on the referee passing probation. Non-employees can also earn referral fees of up to £500 per referral with the same terms
