Sales Field Representative position
Location: Cumbria Wide
Terms: UK right to work required (no sponsorship available). Must have a full driver's licence. Company vehicle provided.
Hours: Monday to Saturday (rota basis), field-based, door-to-door sales.
Salary: £26,475 basic, OTE £50,000+
About the role:

This is a door-to-door sales role, engaging directly with residential customers to introduce a new full-fibre broadband service in Cumbria. Key Responsibilities
- Field-based sales, visiting customer homes across Cumbria.
- Promote broadband services, answer queries, and highlight product benefits (full training provided).
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams.
Essential Criteria
- Proven sales experience, ideally in door-to-door, telecoms, or utilities (other sales experience considered).
- Confident, adaptable, and able to build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong objection-handling skills and target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using sales systems and Microsoft Office tools.
