We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to attract new customers to Virgin Media O2. Previous sales experience is not required, but we look for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment.
Come rain or shine, you will meet prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our innovative products and services. We provide comprehensive training upon joining, enabling you to have meaningful conversations with customers from the start and setting you up for success.
Our working hours range from 16 to 30 hours per week for part-time roles and 37.5 hours for full-time. Field work hours are between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Training:
During the first 3 weeks, you must be available to attend your assigned office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This period includes a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager. (Part-time employees must commit to this schedule during the first 3 weeks before reverting to their regular hours).
