About the Role

As a Self-Employed Field Sales Representative at SumUp you will work fully field‑based and face‑to‑face, meeting business owners in your territory to recommend payment and POS solutions that help them run and grow their business.

Earning Potential

• Average upfront value per business: ~£500
• You earn 50% upfront commission per sign‑up
• Plus 25% recurring income from each business for up to 5 years
• Around 75% of a customer’s total value is paid in year one
• Extra commission on hardware sales (card machines, POS systems, etc.)

40% of our Field Sales Representatives earn £5,000+ per month, showing the potential you can achieve.

• Meet local SMEs (cafés, salons, shops, restaurants, and more)
• Build strong relationships with business owners
