A recruitment agency is seeking a Field Sales Representative to generate new sales opportunities in Manchester and Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience in new business sales, strong planning skills, and a valid driving license. This role offers a base salary of £30,000 per annum plus commission, with an OTE of £48,000 and the option of a company car or car allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new sales contacts and building a sales pipeline.
  • Achieving personal sales results and maintaining effectiveness.
  • Utilising face-to-face sales and negotiation skills.
  • Creating action plans and sales strategies for your area.
  • Actively seeking customers and scheduling sales visits.
  • Cold calling, door knocking, self-generated leads, and setting appointments.
  • Making presentations, offers, contracts, and onboarding new customers.
  • Reporting sales activities and progress in CRM or to line manager.
  • Monitoring competitors' actions and activities, and reporting them.
