Job description

Our client, a leading player in the innovative retail supply sector, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic team within the North London area.

If you're driven by building strong relationships, delivering first-class service, and working with cutting-edge products, this role is for you!

As a Field Sales Representative you will be offered a starting salary of £27,000 DOE and a bonus structure in place. A company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and tablet will also be provided. You must hold a full UK driving license to be able to proceed with this job application.

Responsibilities of a Field Sales Representative:

1. Build and maintain long-term, valuable trading relationships
2. Represent the company professionally and uphold its values
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and efficiency goals
4. Implement strategic business acumen to drive sales growth
5. Manage product distribution and ensure effective merchandising in stores
6. Keep clear, organised communication and documentation for all sales and promotional activities
7. Collect and share market insights and competitive intelligence
8. Attend trade shows and exhibitions as needed

Requirements as a Field Sales Representative:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role
2. MUST hold a full UK driving license (under 6 points)
3. Strong communication and relationship management skills
4. Results-driven, competitive, and motivated to overcome challenges
5. Commercially aware with high levels of integrity
6. Adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team
7. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
8. IT literate, especially proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
