Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Value Doors, you will sell a range of top-quality PVCu, composite, and aluminium windows and doors to homeowners. Your appointments will be pre-qualified, and your diary will be managed in-house, allowing you to focus on what you do best – meeting with customers and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-qualified appointments, with a diary fully managed and scheduled for you by our in-house team.
  • Promote and sell our range of PVCu, composite, and aluminium windows and doors to homeowners.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, offering expert advice on product choices, benefits, and installation options.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and installation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the home improvement or construction sector.
  • Knowledge of PVCu and aluminium windows and doors is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence.
