Field Sales Representative

Working for a top Workwear and PPE Supplier

IMMEDIATE START

  • 35k- 40k, OTE Year 1 of 47k- 52k ( 12k commission)
  • Fully remote role
  • 3 days in field covering South England (M3/M4 corridor)

Our client is a top supplier of workwear and PPE. They are now looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales and provide expert advice on product range. You'll build strong customer relationships and help expand our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service:
    • Advise customers on workwear and PPE
    • Identify needs, recommend solutions, and close deals
    • Handle inquiries and resolve issues
  • Product Management:
    • Know our products inside out
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
    • Source new products and manage inventory
  • Relationship Building:
    • Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
    • Represent us at industry events
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure products meet safety standards
    • Provide accurate certification info
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work with sales, marketing, and procurement teams
    • Train and support staff

Qualifications:

  • Experience in workwear and PPE sales (B2B preferred)
