We have a proven, simple, and effective sales model that we will show you how to use, to sell our extensive range of easy to use, long-lasting, cost-effective, professional-grade vehicle cleaning products, to both new and existing customers.

If the idea of hitting the road and being face to face with customers, making sales that happen instantly excites you, then our Field Sales Representative position could be just the role you are looking for.

From day one:

1. A coaching and personal development plan
2. Be fully supported in your new role and receive onboard coaching from our Sales Manager
3. Full sales induction covering product knowledge skills at our Staffordshire Head Office
4. Be put through HGV Class C training and licensing
5. Receive full uniform to ensure you stand out as team Autosmart on the road

A typical day:

1. Begin your day by arriving in our Crawley depot for a morning briefing with our Sales Manager
2. Head straight out on the road in your already stocked 12 tonne truck (we like to call them mobile showrooms) to your assigned territory
3. Make 20 customer visits both to new and existing business on a pre-planned route
4. Return to the depot to share your successes and get ready for the next day

1. Starting salary of up to £36,000 with realistic earnings of £50,000+ from year one
2. A Monday to Friday daytime hours position, with no more than 4 weekend days per year
