A leading organic fresh produce company in London is looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships. The role requires experience in sales, particularly in the fresh produce industry. The candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and be able to work independently. Compensation includes a salary of £28-32,000 per year along with a commission structure and opportunities for professional development. The position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days in the office.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a passion for fresh produce, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. This role involves traveling within an assigned territory to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and drive sales growth.
We are open 7 days a week and this role will involve you working 5 days a week.
Monday – Friday / 08:30 – 17:00 (some flexibility required).
