Join our Field Sales Representatives team at Virgin Media O2

As a first point of contact for customers, you'll deliver exceptional service and introduce them to our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products. No sales experience needed—just drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and the ability to connect with people.

What you’ll be doing

Work door-to-door, visiting homes and small businesses to showcase Virgin Media O2's benefits. This face-to-face role suits outgoing, proactive individuals who enjoy outdoor work, are upbeat, and can handle rejection and all weather conditions confidently.

Training

First three weeks include training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with self-led learning and in-office sessions. Part-time employees must participate during training.

Working hours
  • Part-time: 16 to 30 hours/week
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
