Join our Field Sales Representatives team at Virgin Media O2

As a first point of contact for customers, you'll deliver exceptional service and introduce our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products. Sales experience isn’t essential—what matters is your drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and ability to connect with people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working door-to-door, visiting potential customers at their homes and small businesses to introduce them to Virgin Media O2. This face-to-face role suits outgoing, proactive individuals who enjoy outdoors work, can handle rejection, and stay upbeat to meet sales targets.

Training

First three weeks of training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-led learning and in-office sessions. Part-time employees must attend this training.

Working hours
  • Part-time: 16 to 30 hours per week
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work shifts typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm
