Qualifications

Overview

My client is a leading Commercial Facilities Services company providing a range of property services such as landscaping, grounds maintenance, office cleaning and winter gritting to many of Northern Ireland's Top 100 companies.

They seek to recruit a full-time permanent Field Sales Representative supporting the Sales Manager to further the growth and increase the presence of the company across NI and ROI.

Responsibilities
  • You will promote and sell the comprehensive range of tailored services to new clients and further develop relationships with existing accounts to up-sell/cross-sell tailored service solutions which help achieve company goals, KPI’s and personal targets.
  • You will carry out the usual range of sales/business development activities to include canvassing, prospecting and qualifying to build a client base and sales pipeline backed up by visits, quotes and proposals.
  • As a natural communicator you will present your solution, influence decision makers and negotiate successfully.
  • You will be super organised, with the ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload and tasks.
  • You will enjoy working with autonomy and making your own decisions.
  • You will IT literate with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • You should have B2B experience of managing key accounts. Previous Experience within the Facilities Management/ Grounds Maintenance/ Property Maintenance Industry an advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Starting salary of £30,000. Uncapped commission, you can expect to earn £35k in year one, rising to £40k in year two.
  • Pension Scheme, 30 days holiday.
  • Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm.
  • £300 per month Company Car Allowance and all travel expenses paid including mileage.
  • Laptop and Mobile Phone.
  • Offices are based in East Belfast Area.
  • Full clean driving licence required.
