Bela Recruitment is hiring a Field Sales Representative covering Belfast & East Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Job Salary £35,000 - £45,000+ achievable bonus + Car + Expenses + Pension + Professional Development + Growth Prospects. Immediate interviews and start date available.

This job will be working for a trusted and respected company, where you will ensure industry leading service & sales to customers in your area.

Responsibilities

• Secure and grow sales in your area, by managing relationships with key accounts and promoting products & service.
• Ensure exceptional service to customers via regular contact and ensuring service delivery.
• Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market.
• Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products & service.
• Follow-up all leads, negotiate and close new business.
• Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.
• Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Experience of selling into the construction sector in NI, knowledge & contacts in the NI construction market is highly desirable.
• Full driving licence.
• Must be self-motivated, sales focused and can work independently.
• Have the desire to hit sales targets to earn commission & while provide excellent customer service & driving brand loyalty.
• You need fantastic people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.
