Job description

Field Sales Rep - Remote Flexible - Llandudno

Department: Data Collection Delivery, External Field

Employment Type: Freelance

Location: Home-based, UK

Description
A car is essential for this role.
To apply, you must have:
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Sole use of a car
  • Class 1 Business Insurance (you’ll need to purchase this)
You’ll be driving in your local area every day — this is non-negotiable.

Pay: £18–£20 per interview
  • Admin fees, holiday pay (12.1%), travel time (£4.68/hr), mileage (36p/mile), and up to £750 in bonuses. Most interviewers earn around £15.12/hr (including holiday pay).

Out on the doorsteps, in tune with the nation.

As a Field Interviewer, you’ll visit people in their homes to carry out vital research that shapes public policy — from healthcare to education. Using a tablet, you’ll guide conversations to collect real insights into daily life in Britain.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out knocking on doors — often unannounced. Some people won’t answer. Some will say no. You’ll face tough moments, but when someone says yes and shares their story, you’ll know you’ve helped influence real change.

What we’re looking for:
  • Resilient, confident communicators
  • People who bounce back after rejection
  • Independent, self-motivated workers
  • Comfortable using basic tech (+ home WiFi)
You must be able to commit to at least 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. You’ll also need to complete a DBS check, have the right to work in the UK, and access to a laptop or tablet for training.

No research experience needed. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, sales, driving, customer service, or freelance — you’ve already got the right skills.

Our hiring process:
  • Application
  • Video Interview (Willo)
  • Final Interview (with role play)
  • Offer & Background Checks
