Job description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading Broadband company with the recruitment of a Telecoms Field Sales Representative.

A fantastic company to work for, with over 35 representatives currently on the road.

Shifts are held over Monday to Saturday (rota basis).

The candidate can live anywhere in Northern Ireland; there are 4 territories. You will be supplied with a company car and fuel card.

Working hours: 5pm-8pm, with some evenings extending to 8pm due to peak selling times.

Salary

£40,000 OTE (£26,475 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus). There is no limit to the bonus for driven individuals aiming to earn more than the OTE. Full breakdown provided. Benefits include a fantastic bonus KPI system, company vehicle, fuel card, and more. Great training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • This is a door-to-door field sales role; you will visit customers' homes to sell our products across NI.
  • Answer questions about our products' features and benefits.
  • Drive sales to achieve targets while maintaining professionalism and building rapport with potential customers.
  • Liaise with internal delivery teams and partners to feedback concerns and communicate relevant local information.
  • Represent the company throughout Northern Ireland as the network expands.
The Ideal Person
  • Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales.
  • Comfortable interacting with potential customers in a sales-focused environment, able to adapt approach for high conversion rates.
  • Confident in handling objections and tenacious in pursuit of goals.
  • Driven and ambitious, striving to exceed targets.
  • Hunger to earn; some staff earn well over double the base salary.
