Job description

VANRATH is pleased to assist a leading Broadband company in recruiting a Telecoms Field Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company with over 35 sales representatives on the road.

Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Saturday (rota basis).

The candidate can reside anywhere in Northern Ireland, with four designated territories. The role includes a Company Car and Fuel Card.

Working hours: 5pm-8pm, with some evenings extending to 8pm to maximize sales opportunities.

Salary:

£40,000 OTE (£26,475 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus), with no cap on earnings for motivated individuals. A full breakdown of the bonus structure is provided. Additional benefits include a fantastic KPI bonus system, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, comprehensive training, and more.

Territory:

  • Belfast to Ards Peninsula

Responsibilities:

  • This role involves door-to-door sales, visiting customers’ homes across NI to promote and sell our broadband products.
  • Answer customer questions regarding product features and benefits.
  • Drive sales to meet targets while maintaining professionalism and building rapport with potential customers.
  • Liaise with the internal delivery team and partners, providing feedback and communicating relevant local information.
  • Represent the company throughout Northern Ireland as the network expands.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales.
  • Comfortable engaging with potential customers in a sales environment, adaptable to different approaches to maximize conversions.
  • Confident in handling objections and persistent in pursuing goals.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a desire to exceed targets and earn well—some staff earn over double the base salary.
