Job description

VANRATH is pleased to assist a leading Broadband company in recruiting a Telecoms Field Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity with a company that currently has over 35 representatives on the road.

Work Schedule

Shifts are from Monday to Saturday (rota basis).

Location

The candidate can reside anywhere in Northern Ireland, with four designated territories. A Company Car and Fuel card will be provided.

Working Hours

5pm-8pm is the peak selling time, so some evenings may extend to 8pm.

Salary and Benefits

£40,000 OTE (£26,475 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus). There is no cap on bonuses for motivated individuals aiming to earn more than the OTE. Full breakdown of earnings is provided. Benefits include a bonus KPI system, company vehicle, fuel card, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities
  • This is a door-to-door field sales role, visiting customers' homes to sell our products across NI.
  • Answer questions regarding product features and benefits.
  • Drive sales to meet targets while maintaining professionalism and building rapport with customers.
  • Liaise with the internal delivery team and partners to relay customer feedback and local information.
  • Represent the company throughout Northern Ireland as the network expands.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales.
  • Comfortable engaging with potential customers and adaptable in sales approach.
  • Confident in handling objections and persistent.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a goal to exceed targets.
  • Motivated by earning potential; some staff earn well over double the base salary.
