Job summary

Sales Marketing Group is seeking an energetic Field Sales & Promotions Representative to visit shops, warehouses and other business locations, introducing our products, developing new accounts and building long-term relationships across the UK.

This hands-on, field-based role involves speaking with owners and buyers, turning opportunities into sales, and working toward targets. It offers uncapped commission and yearly performance bonuses with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build relationships quickly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Visit shops, warehouses, wholesalers, and other prospective business customers.
• Introduce and explain the company's products to potential customers.
• Generate new business and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face promotional activity and provide product information.
• Gather feedback and useful market information.
• Keep accurate records of visits, leads, customers, and sales activity.
• Provide regular updates to management on activity and results.
• Work towards individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Represent the company professionally while working in the field.
