Job summary

The Modern Milkman is seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to become a key part of our in-person sales team in Swindon. You’ll build conversations with potential customers, explain our sustainable, farm-fresh delivery model, and work towards ambitious earning targets.

With a base salary of £26,500 plus uncapped commission, you can realistically achieve £40–45k OTE as you prove yourself. Training is provided, no prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Based in or able to commute to Swindon, driving licence is a bonus.
• Friendly, warm communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Self-driven with ability to hit personal targets.
