Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence to assist the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Field Sales Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the UK, with home office flexibility and travel requirements.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills
  • Outstanding customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently outside of an office environment
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to work with products designed for elderly and special needs populations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales within the UK
  • Manage relationships with resellers, opticians, and clinics
  • Increase awareness within the low vision ecosystem through collaborations with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate products to opticians and potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device usage, benefits, and value proposition
  • Coordinate daily with team members, submit activity reports, and participate in sales meetings and calls
Measurement of Success
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
