Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing your own sales targets while inspiring and guiding a team of field sales ambassadors. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating your team, coaching, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
You will serve as the primary contact for your team members, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to operations and collaboration. We are committed to your professional growth and will support your career development. You will work closely with fellow Field Sales Managers and the Head of Sales, who will provide mentorship and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct door-to-door sales within designated territories.
- Create a motivating and positive team environment.
- Travel within the territory to coach and motivate the team, and identify training needs.
- Provide feedback and support to new team members.
- Set clear goals and monitor team performance using KPIs.
- Maintain an optimal team size to meet targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and Lead Management Tools.
- Oversee daily operations and resolve team issues.
- Recognize and reward high performance.
- Organize incentives to motivate the team.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Full UK driving license.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with adaptability to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence with technology.
- Flexibility to work some weekends if needed.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
