The On-Trade Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving volume, ensuring quality distribution, developing a premium brand image, and recruiting external personnel through innovative field strategies. You will lead and manage a team across traditional and non-traditional on-premise establishments.

As a passionate advocate for the on-premise industry, you will embody the brand's spirit, lead by example, and uphold high image standards to exemplify the premium brand values.

Key focus areas include:

  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate and build synergy with your team and line manager, working alongside other Regional Managers to implement regional and national strategies.
  • Leading regional growth by identifying opportunities, securing wins, and executing route plans, building lasting partnerships with top venues.
  • Managing the regional performance, budget, activity reports, and seeking new growth opportunities.
  • Working with the Marketing team to amplify brand presence and volume, ensuring effective product placement and messaging.
  • Championing talent by scouting, engaging, coaching, and training team members, dedicating time in the field.
  • Representing the brand at key events, ensuring premium activations and flawless execution.

You:

Must-haves include:

  • Experience in FMCG Food & Drink.
  • 2-3 years managing a Field Sales Team.
  • Experience selling into the On Trade.

  • High ambition and passion for the brand.
  • Excellent communication skills for daily liaising with clients and team.
  • Ambition to grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • UK Driving Licence.
