Field Sales Manager

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Bath

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,000 basic salary
Uncapped bonus with realistic year one earnings north of £80K

£3000 car allowance per annum

Business travel expenses paid

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the P&L delivery for your Area
• Responsible for the delivery of your Area KPI’s, in line with the business goals
• Work with your Territory Manager to create the sales plan for your Area, to ensure it achieves the KPI’s and P&L budget for the year
• Work with your Territory Manager to deliver the recruitment strategy for your Area
• Coach, manage and support your team of Field Sales Executives to achieve their sales KPI’s
• Complete daily coaching visits and evidence your support via company observational tools
• Ability to affect change and drive sales in the field, in several different town locations
• Become a CRM and process expert, to lead your team to success through sales pipeline

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• A full UK driving license
• Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
• Minimum 3 years sales management experience
• Evidence of coaching in a sales environment
• Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite
