We are looking for a commercially astute and inspirational Field Sales Manager (FSM) to lead a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing people and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the individual capabilities of the sales team to drive the execution of the defined area sales strategy.
  • Provide direct line management to a team of TSMs, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Develop and implement a clear Market Strategy Plan (MSP) to guide regional sales efforts.
  • Take ownership of high-value key accounts, including those outside your immediate geographical area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

Key Account Management

  • Drive the delivery of high quality TSM Customer Management Plans (CMPs) for existing and potential new customers that achieve mutual business objectives
  • Take ownership of larger value key accounts which may extend beyond their geographical boundary.
  • Identify strategic and key business opportunities with key influencers in major customer account segments
  • Effectively maintain and develop relationships with key influencers in major customer account segments
