Field Sales Person/ Mobile Showroom

Location:Burton upon Trent & surrounding areas

Salary:Basic £25,000 with realistic OTE of £50,000+ in your first year

Bonus:Uncapped commission with a clear path to exceed targets

Job Type:Full-time

Schedule:Monday to Friday, In person

We’re now looking for a competitive, motivated FieldSalespersonto join our small team and help expand our customer base.

The Role

This is a practical, on-the-road role where no two days are the same, you will be out and about 100% of the time. You’ll be driving a fully equipped mobile 12T showroom (think shop on wheels) to demonstrate and sell our award-winning products directly to customers across your own designated area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting existing customers to replenish stock and introduce new products
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Delivering expert product demonstrations and advice tailored to each customer
  • Managing your own stock and route, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries
  • Hitting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the franchise

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, confident, and a natural communicator
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a "go the extra mile" mindset
  • Highly organised – able to manage routes, customers, and stock
  • Practical and hands-on – the role involves driving, lifting, and demonstrating products daily
  • Sales experienced – ideally with a proven track record in field sales (although a great personality and good work ethic is more important as full training will be provided)
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence

Additional requirements:

  • An ADR licence, LGV, and Driver CPC are required, but full training will be provided if needed
