Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for 2 positions:

  1. Field Sales Regional Manager - South UK
  2. Field Sales Regional Manager - North UK

Background: Management of field sales reps, sales training, coaching, and performance management experience essential. Player manager - managing key accounts. Travel 3 to 4 days a week for field visits, audits, and key account meetings. This is not a work-from-home role. Experience in FMCG, retail pharmacy, field sales, or retail stores merchandising is preferred.

Territory: Regional - South and North. Reference: KSP/COMB.

We seek a dynamic, driven Field Sales Regional Manager. The role focuses on managing a team, driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance. The individual will liaise with, report to, and support the leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the team
  • Ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Auditing the field team
  • Conducting field visits
  • Providing feedback and coaching
  • Building relationships with the team and customers
  • Driving sales
  • Time management
  • Reporting

Key requirements:

  • Strong personal integrity and influencing skills
  • National travel 3-4 days/week
  • Experience managing field sales teams

Remuneration includes a basic salary, end-of-year bonus, OTE package (£40k-£45k), vehicle allowance, mobile, laptop, pension, 28 days leave, and incentives.
