Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover East Anglia, within a couple of hours of Norwich. The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission and an OTE of £80,000+.

You will attend pre-qualified appointments, understand customer needs, and close sales for solar, EV charging, and electrical solutions. This is a genuine consultative B2C sales position with no cold calling or door knocking.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face, field or B2C sales.
• Confident, commercially driven and resilient.
• Willingness to learn solar, EV charging, electrical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-qualified customer appointments.
• Build rapport and understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable solar, EV and electrical solutions.
• Present solutions and handle objections.
• Close sales and complete basic administration.
• Manage your diary and territory effectively.
