Field Sales Representative, Rochdale – Fixed Term Contract

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the field? Kellanova is looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover our Rochdale territory on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive team of 12 field sales reps across Rochdale and the surrounding areas, reporting directly to the Area Sales Lead.

At Kellanova, we are committed to nourishing families so they can flourish and thrive. As we strive to be the best daily, we’ll be looking at you to execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into our major retailers, supporting the growth of our market share and enabling our customers to shop our full portfolio of products daily.

Benefits: Basic salary between £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience), bonuses, company car, summer hours, and many more benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • No Cold Calling: You will work with our Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across your territories and major retail stores.
  • Identifying Gaps in The Market: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in-store.
  • Driving Sales: Bring your own initiatives to increase sales and product availability.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Manage and influence store-level relationships daily to make a difference.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently (home-based) and in a team.
  • Good energy, motivation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Passion and willingness to learn (suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals).
  • Experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • A full UK driver’s license.
