Field Sales Executive - Redditch (with UK travel) - £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission (ave £7500 pa) - Brand new company car and fuel car - Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00

Key Responsibilities for this Field Sales Role

• Proactively generate new business opportunities with clientsacross the UK
• Follow up inbound enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Attend face-to-face client meetings across the UK,building rapport and trust
• Understand individual client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Promote a full range ofservices and maximise all sales opportunities
• Independently manage your diary and meet realistic, rewarding targets

What will you require for this Field Sales Role?

• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Demonstrable experience in sales, particularly within new business development
• Confident and professional communicator, both in person and over the phone
• Highly self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
• Smart and presentable with a strong customer focus
• Previous experience working within the education sector is desirable, but NOT essential
