Exciting Opportunity: Field Sales Executive - Safety Footwear (Hybrid Role in Wellingborough)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + OTE

Location: Wellingborough (Hybrid working - balance field visits with remote flexibility)

Our client is seeking a motivated, resilient B2B sales professional with a strong background in lead generation and building solid client relationships. About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving increased demand for our client's industry-leading safety footwear products. You will engage directly with end users such as safety officers, site managers, and facilities teams to educate, demonstrate, and build trust - generating qualified leads that their distributor network will convert into sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and nurture strong relationships with key end users across target sectors

* Deliver on-site demonstrations, webinars, and roadshows to showcase product benefits

* Lead market education initiatives emphasising features such as slip resistance and durability

* Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, research, and direct engagement

* Work closely with the distributor network to maximise lead conversion into confirmed sales

* Represent the client at industry trade shows and networking events

* Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to inform sales strategy

The Ideal Candidate

* Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation

* Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

* Resilient, confident, and persistent with a proactive approach to cold calling and follow-ups

* Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong research skills to understand market trends and customer requirements

* Previous experience in field sales or technical sales is advantageous

* Experience in safety footwear, PPE or related industries is desirable but not essential

* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment combining field visits with remote working
