JOB TITLE: Field Sales/Business Development

LOCATION:

SALARY: 30,000 Basic (60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)
Realistic OTE 90,000 (totally uncapped) Top Earners in excess of 100K

Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations all over the UK for over 75 years. Our client is one of the UK's leading businesses in their field and has one of the best trained and rewarded staff in the industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to attend pre-arranged b2b appointments.


THE ROLE
As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment booker to sell my client's range of services mainly to SMEs.


The successful Field Sales Executive will be required to do the following:

  1. Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner in a defined area.
  2. Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each Client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
  3. Self-generate new leads in addition from a combination of networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  4. Thrive on working in a fast-paced, target-focused high energy and high reward culture.

CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Field Sales Consultant with the following experience and attributes:

  1. B2B field sales experience.
  2. Understand a consultative sales process.
  3. Confident in value-based selling.
  4. Used to selling to SMEs.
  5. A good closer.
  6. Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
