Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to represent Sazerac across major retailers in South Essex & East Coast. You will drive brand visibility, optimise in-store execution, and use insights to boost performance within your Basildon-based territory.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a base salary of £30,000 plus £3,000 OTE and a company van, fuel card, and tech support.

Qualifications

• Full Manual UK driving licence.
• Previous retail, FMCG or sales experience desirable.
• Ability to build relationships and drive in-store execution.
• Willing to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver core KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues to secure space and impactful displays.
• Ensure flawless execution of promotions and product launches.
• Capture data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Use sales insights to take proactive actions in store.
