Brand Activation Manager

Area – South Coast (Bournemouth)

THE ROLE OF BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER:

Due to Phoenix2Retail's phenomenal growth, we now have an exciting opportunity to join as a Brand Activation Manager. You will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners' oral nicotine products by building relationships with key decision-makers in the independent convenience and wholesale channels. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Researching and identifying prospective new distribution points through varied lead generation tactics.
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with independent retailers to drive sales of oral nicotine products.
  3. Driving business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals.
  4. Ensuring high levels of customer service.
  5. Managing your time and territory planning effectively to maximize productivity.
  6. Keeping CRM systems updated.

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

  • A full driving license.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, either internal or field sales.
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Great team player with an outgoing personality.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure high productivity.
  • Commercially minded with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Base salary up to: £28,000.
  • Commission: OTE another £4,200, uncapped, with expectations of overachievement.
